We see all patients on an appointment basis and make every effort to honor time commitments. While we do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected additional time with our patients and emergencies can cause delays. If you have been waiting for more than 15 minutes in the reception room, please let the receptionist know. She will speak to the clinical staff to find out how long of a delay to expect and give you the option of waiting or rescheduling. We know that your time is valuable too and we do make every effort to schedule properly and to stay on schedule. When scheduling your appointment, the more information you can give us about your foot problem, the better we can determine how much time to allot for your visit. |
