From I-85, take the exit for Roxboro Road, Northbound, #177-C.
Stay straight on Roxboro Road, heading north.
After you pass Durham Regional Hospital on the left, go to the 3rd stoplight.
Turn right at the 3rd stoplight on to Pacific Avenue. (This road runs between NC Eye and Ear Specialty Clinic and Duke Pediatrics.)
Next, you will turn left on to Capitol Street, which will be marked by a green city street sign. You will pass several driveways on the left, but this will be the next street with a sign that you come to.
We are the 4th building on the left.

Bear right and stay on the Durham Freeway, following signs into Durham. (I-40 lanes bear left and go toward Chapel Hill). The Freeway is called 147, Durham Expressway, and the Buck Dean Highway.
Exit at Duke Street, #12-C.
Stay straight on Duke Street. Look for Durham Regional Hospital which will be on your right (some distance out). After you pass the hospital, go to the next stoplight and turn right on Carver Street.
Go to the very next stoplight and turn left on to Roxboro Road.
Go to the 2nd stoplight and turn right on to Pacific Avenue. This road runs between NC Eye and Ear Specialty Clinic and Duke Pediatrics.
Next, you will turn left on to Capitol Street, which will be marked by a green city street sign. You will pass several driveways on the left, but this will be the next street with a sign that you come to.

Stay on Roxboro Road (do not bear right on Duke Street). Stay on Roxboro Road by keeping to the left.
After you pass North Duke Crossing Mall on the right, you will go to the next stoplight and turn left on to Pacific Avenue. This road runs between NC Specialty Hospital and Duke Pediatrics.
Next, you will turn left on to Capitol Street, which will be marked by a green city street sign. You will pass several driveways on the left, but this will be the next street with a sign that you come to.
